It encourages me to sanitise myself, the house, the dog and everything Bear has been within ten feet of. I am already using masks, gloves and hand sanitiser and wiping down everything before I touch it.

Today he had the strength to email me and show himself on Facebook, just for a few minutes… but those few minutes were the best few minutes of my entire past month.!
A Compulsion To Be Obsessive and other Germs
So every time I coughed I used a tissue, threw it away and washed my hands, face and hygiene sprayed my immediate area, to kill the germs. If I sneezed it was the same, except I used a Qtip dipped in hygiene spray to wipe around my nostrils to kill the germs that caused the sneeze.
